With a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Dallas, Kevin blends technical precision with creative vision in every project.

Before founding Bluestone Construction, Kevin spent 15 years as a mechanical engineer and project manager, leading complex, high-performance builds. Today, with more than 25 years in custom residential construction, he has developed a reputation for building homes of exceptional craftsmanship, architectural beauty, and lasting value.

Kevin’s work spans styles from modern mountain retreats to elegant French contemporary homes, but each reflects his core philosophy: build every home as if it were your own, and ensure it lasts for generations. Clients consistently praise his attention to detail, design sensibility, and hands-on leadership.

Known throughout the Greenville and Asheville luxury real estate markets, Kevin leads a collaborative process with homeowners, architects, and tradespeople to turn vision into reality.

Outside of work, he travels to explore world-class architecture and enjoys restoring his 1967 Corvette convertible — another outlet for his passion for design and engineering.

Whether it’s a vintage car or a luxury custom home, Kevin believes that thoughtful design, timeless materials, and an uncompromising commitment to quality have the power to transform how we live and feel.

Jody Dixon has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction project accounting and management. She values clear, consistent communication and loves the collaborative process of building a custom home. For Jody, developing strong relationships with homeowners and helping bring their vision to life is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Outside of work, you’ll find Jody hiking or running on mountain trails, rafting local rivers, or digging in the garden. She’s a passionate photographer who finds endless inspiration in the beauty of Western North Carolina—and she’s always up for an outdoor adventure with her family and her dog, Koda.

Nate brings over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, including 13 years dedicated to managing high-end custom home builds. Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, he spent five years in Florida before settling in Western North Carolina. He’s known for his hands-on approach and thrives on thoughtful design, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of seeing a well executed plan come to life. Whether he’s coordinating subcontractors or fine tuning the details of a project, Nate values productivity and precision in every phase of the build.

Nate enjoys taking full advantage of the outdoors. He spends his free time camping, boating, mountain biking, and spending time with his family. His love for nature and active lifestyle mirrors the kind of balance and energy he brings to his work.

Patrick Rollins

project manager

Patrick is a Project Manager for Bluestone Construction, overseeing custom home projects in the Greenville and Lake Keowee areas. Originally from New Hampshire, he brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked as a carpenter, supervisor, and project manager. Patrick has a deep appreciation for fine craftsmanship and is especially passionate about woodworking, modern design, antiques, and emerging building technologies.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He’s an avid backpacker, a dedicated vinyl collector, and never turns down a well-made cup of coffee.

Leslie Cantrell

Leslie is a true master carpenter able to accomplish every task thrown at him. He has been with Bluestone the longest of all of our employees, 15 years. Over the years, out of necessity, Leslie has developed techniques and jigs to allow him to do a lot of work by himself which would ordinarily require two people.

Jeanne started working at Bluestone in 2021. Her life long love of home and interior design has made her role here a flawless fit.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children, playing pickleball and doing yoga. Jeanne considers one of her greatest joys being a grandmother. She loves taking her grandson, Sully, to the park and out for ice cream.
