Your Bluestone Maintenance Plan includes two comprehensive service visits each year, typically scheduled for early spring and mid-to-late fall. Our dedicated maintenance professional will coordinate with you about a month in advance, and each visit typically takes a few days to complete. We also schedule any necessary specialty trades, such as painters, during that same window to streamline the process.
Our plan covers both the interior and exterior of your home, using an eight-page checklist developed to ensure no detail is overlooked, from smoke detectors to squeaky hinges. Every visit includes a thorough review of general condition, exterior surfaces, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, paint, doors, and more. Your complete written report outlines the areas of your home we service, along with the expert maintenance steps taken to preserve them.
